Your own research activity is the most important thing you should focus on.
And what does it mean to publish?
Doctoral students have to publish academic articles: professional analyses of their research that have to be published in scientific journals. What should the article consist of? Information about what PhD students found out during their research activities.
Students of the Regional Economics programme should publish approximately three articles during the study, corresponding to the focus of their doctoral thesis and present the results of the research carried out in the framework of the doctoral thesis preparation.
Let's be a bit specific:
- at least one type paper in a journal that is indexed in the Web of Science or Scopus database published in the world language customary for a given discipline,
- at least two publications published in the world language customary for a given discipline, as recommended or with the consent of the supervisor.
