Teaching

Let's try what is it like to teach!

Being a PhD student does not necessarily mean merely studying, researching and publishing your research results. You also need to know what it is like to teach someone and be in the position of an university teacher. As a doctoral student of the Regional Economics programme, you will have the opportunity to gain teaching experience in subjects with a focus on regional issues, this means, for example, that you may conduct seminars where you will teach bachelor and master students specific exercises that apply to the lecture you’ve learn. You will also correct seminar works, assist during examination, process the final thesis reviews. It can be seen as a lot of work but it's definitely worth trying and experiencing it all.
