More than a hundred employees of the Faculty of Economics and Administration have been trained in soft and managerial skills courses over the past year, and newcomers are undergoing an improved adaptation process. Thanks to the HR Award project, we are improving the working conditions of our employees.

Masaryk University's Gender Equality Plan 2022-2024 has been approved. The basis for the preparation of this document was also the outputs and recommendations from the faculty gender audits.

FEA MU recieved the HR Award

We are pleased to announce that the Faculty of Economics and Administration of Masaryk University received the prestigious HR Excellence Award on the 27 April 2021, which is awarded by the European Commission to research institutions that create and purposefully support a professional, open and ethical work environment.

Welcome workshop for new employees

We are glad to announce that 6 new employees/researchers and 2 postdoctoral fellows from abroad joined the faculty in September. To make their first days easier at the faculty, we have prepared a short "Welcome workshop" for them.

Babysitting for FEA employees

A special children's group has been set up for Masaryk University employees, which is primarily intended for children from 18 to 36 months. It is possible to use babysitting for the whole week, some days or only a limited number of hours. Fees are very favorable for MU employees.
