In December 2019, the Faculty of Economics and Administration of MU endorsed to the principles enshrined in the European Charter and the Code for Researchers and thus began preparations for the prestigious European HR Excellence in Research Award.
The award of the HR Excellence Award means that the European Commission has approved the submitted documents and approved the created Action Plan, which will be implemented in the upcoming years.
The Faculty has thus officially started the implementation phase of the entire process, when the individual steps of the Action Plan will be gradually implemented with the aim of permanently improving working conditions and care for employees.
A huge thank to everyone, who participated in the preparatory activities to get the HR Award logo and we are looking forward to our future collaboration.

A polite but insistent push to be a better employer. According to Petr Smutný, this is also the HR Award that the Faculty of Economics and Administration has received for the second time this year. More than a hundred employees of the Faculty of Economics and Administration have been trained in soft and managerial skills courses over the past year, and newcomers are undergoing an improved adaptation process. Thanks to the HR Award project, we are improving the working conditions of our employees.
