| Popis | The article treats law and legal environment in the Czech Republic through the period of the economic transformation. Law assessment is associated with the issue of choice of an approach to law conception. It gives a picture of legal approaches and lines of legal thought that had a great impact on the course of the transformation. The development of law after 1990 is looked upon from the viewpoint of assessment of the predominant approach to law conception and its potency or limitation to affect the future development of the Czech economy. This competence is pursued in the issue of choice in law conception, legal-philosophical doctrine and the correlation of the alterations in the rule of law and the economic transformation of the Czech Republic. |
