Popis Based on a personality theory there are 16 “personality types”. However, European school system appears to be designed in an unfair way giving preference just to some personality types which may disadvantage other students in an educational process. Thus the aim of this research is to process initial exploration of possible association between personality types and learning strategies in relation to learning outcomes in the area of math education. Majority of European countries face serious decline in math knowledge. Thus, from the education system perspective it is vital to determine causes of this math knowledge slump. It is possible that this decline is partly due to rigid education system not adjusted to different personality types. The research report performs initial exploration of possible association between personality traits and learning outcomes on a data of Brno University of Technology students attending math courses. There is no other research in this area in the Czech Republic and results are completely unique.
