Popis	The contribution was focused on various issues related to the legal education in the field of legal writing. Both theoretical as well as practical issues, problems and questions were addresed. Thus, the contribution was focused on the experience with the organization of legal writing education by the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University in cooperation with Vienna University and John Marshall Law school in Chicago.
