Description The paper presents the main results of a research in small and medium enterprises (especially in the south Moravia region). We prepared the research in a form of a probe aimed at understanding and using marketing, yet it also detected some significant facts about quality management. Results of our probe-research strongly correspond with some generally enunciated findings in an approach of quality in enterprises in Czech republic and they give them connection with complete approach of the marketing and with a style of a management too.
