| Description | In the concept of knowledge economy human resources, education and innovation play a key role. The ability to innovate and create innovative products gives an important competitive advantage to regions and helps them to create jobs and develop their economy.In Czech Republic there is a problem with a discrepancy between education of students and labour market requirement. While companies call for technically educated workers, students are more interested in humanistic studies. Because of that it is very important to encourage motivation to study technically fields.This paper is describing the ways which regions of Czech Republic use to motivate children and students to study technically fields. Using case studies the paper is showing concrete instruments and projects. |
