Description The paper presents some partial results from the empirical survey of the Research Centre of the Czech economy competitiveness concerning selected factors which can be connected with the relationship of companies with their customers and could in a certain form belong among the competitiveness factors. Selected factors typical components of mutual relations are analyzed for the groups of companies divided on the basis of financial prosperity.
