Description The topic of the article is a measurement of the firm efficiency with usage of methods of financial analysis and theory of social networks. The aim of this article is to define the efficiency of a company in a theoretical context, main factors influencing the efficiency, to treat the theory of social networks in connection with qualitative determination of a relationship value between individual stakeholders.
