Description The topic of this paper are problems of merketing's using or using of marketing's instruments with companies and institutions in Czech republic. A base for this paper was a research whose was took sixty four companies and institutions from differend economic areas in Czech republic. Companies was not chose on branches or size. It extracted broad look on heterogeneity of using of marketing's instruments herewith.
