Description How to incorporate in the learning process "reading for pleasue" and how to work with it with FSL students? The present research on the topic: Authentic literary text and voluntary reading in FSL at level B1, seeks an answer to this question. The aim of the research is to compile reader profiles of FSL students at eight-year grammar schools in the Czech Republic who dispose of French at B1 language level. The paper will present not only the goals of this research, but also its future research design. It will be a quantitative-qualitative mixed-methods research. The first quantitative part will work with respondents from among Czech FSL teachers. The main qualitative part of the research will take place with FSL student respondents. The research is planned for one school year.
