| Description | Investment attraction constitutes one of pivotal urban activities in our country. Competition related to quality investors focusing on progressive branches and having long-term plans, is becoming increasingly severe. The objective of this paper consists in the analysis and interpretation of selected qualitative aspects of location conditions at the urban level that create spatially rather differentiated milieu for investors. From methodical standpoint, our article is based on solid questionnaire survey. This survey leans on scale questions as well as multiple-choice queries. It is striking that only a few towns utilise a system framework in case that particular investor addresses them. It is also worth noticing that there is a relatively weak preparedness of concrete areas and plots for investors. |
