| Description | Rural development is carried out through local administration groups. This paper introduces the entities concerned with local community development. It specifies what conditions must be met so that they can be established. This paper explores the ways the local administration groups work and implement the LEADER method, which is typical of community-led local development. Also the difference of the local administration groups and voluntary associations of municipalities is mentioned. |
