Description The subject of the paper is quality analysis in enterprises. The paper studies the link between efficiency and quality, or more precisely quality control in the company. We proceed on the claim that the quality control system has its reflection in the financial performance of the company. The principal aim of the paper is to characterize a successful company from the quality point of view. The paper is primarily based on the empirical research undertaken in the spring of 2009. We collected financial data from the period of four years (2004 to 2007) and at the same time we gathered qualitative data from questionnaires.
