Description The publication is based on research carried out in the faculty of Economics and Administration of Masaryk University. It provides a complex comprehensive insight into the problems of organization and management of multinational companies with the aid of extensive both domestic and foreign literature search. Based on the qualitative and quantitative research of 335 subsidiaries of multinational companies, the issue of multinational companies was updated and embedded in a broader context. The result is the processing of six interrelated topics that deal with the origin and development of multinational companies, their entry into the Czech market, forms of organization, organization and management, culture and social responsibility.
