Description Subject of this paper is the quality and performance of enterprises in tourism. This article aims to analyze quality and business performance in tourism and with it to compare the quality and performance of enterprises in other sectors, in this case in the food industry. The partial aim of the article is to identify deviations and suggest the causes of these variations in order to identify specific companies in the tourism in terms of quality and performance. This would then enable management to better target management tools and improve business performance in the tourism area.
