Description The provisions on unfair competition in Section 41 to 55 of the Czech Commercial Code were not too often affected by activities that could be called, paraphrasing Goethe, as Czech Lust zu reformieren. It rather seems as if law against unfair competation was summaried by the wisdom of the ancient Romans, Quieta non Movere - Don't disturb things that are at peace.
