Description In terms of the benefits of Communitarisation of criminal law of the Czech Republic, the Czech legislature should particularly be recommended to pay the necessary attention to these benefits and react to them in their legislative activity. In terms of the losses ensuing from Communitarisation of criminal law in the Czech Republic, it is, on the contrary, necessary that the Czech members of the European Parliament bear the said risks in mind already in adopting the secondary sources of European law of crime in the sense of Article 82 et seq. CTFEU, and not only in respect of expansion of criminal repression and that they attempt to mitigate these risks as far as possible.
