Description The main topic of this contribution presented at Technische Universität Wien was the current economic and monetary crisis of the European Union from the legal perspective. Thus, the main focus was put on issues like EU budget, its incomes and spendings; the current stage of economic cooperation within the European Union and its legal regulation in Founding Treaties; analysis of current economic problems of the Member states of the EU and their possible solution based on current legislation; the tools that have been used so far in order to solve the problems; and last but not least possible legal changes necessary to introduce permanent legal solution of economic problems which the EU and its Member states experiences.
