Description This paper deals with various non-standard indicators of the special legal form of business -cooperative in the area of the Czech Republic. Adjustment of the cooperatives in the Czech business law is in many aspects similar to joint-stock company adjustment. Differences are to be found (among others) in the governing of the company in the top level area - this is the first area of research in this paper. The second area concerns of will of new members to enter such cooperatives and also from the other side willingness of cooperatives to be accessed by these members. This indicator is compared with standard economical indicators to express through correlation of data their dependence. The issue of entrance of new members is also compared to the question of fulfilling of employees needs and visions and with the question of net revenue pay-off. These areas in the Czech business law are in the area of "dispositive rules" - this means, they are subject of individual setting in the company and allows differing from coop to coop. Analytical research is done using information set based upon last year questionnaire survey of department of corporate economy of the Faculty of Economics and administration in Brno in approximately 200 various production and agricultural cooperatives. The questionnaire consists of merely 50 questions - open, semi-open and closed together with table of selected economical indicators of financial statements. Questionnaires were used in two surveys in row, allowing analyzing of the time change. The value of this article is in description and usage of non-standard indicators to analyze cooperatives and to compare them each other and in the improvement of the contemporary knowledge of the cooperative theory, allowing further research in this field.
