Description The article deals with a question of relations between international treaties that have been concluded by the European Union and a third country on side and a Member State and a third country on the other side. It may happen that the Union concludes an international treaty of the same scope as has some other treaty previously concluded by the Czech Republic before its accession to the European Union. Such treaties may be conflicting. The question on which we try to find the answer is what is the relation between these two treaties, which rules applies on such conflict, where their source is and what is the final solution.
