| Description | The paper determined aims and methods of future research. The research is focused on the problem of influence of regional self-governments to the regional development. The role of the regional authority will be examined through analysis of policy formulation and implementation as well as the role of other actors and theirs ability to influence the regional development is going to be discussed. The paper also present partial result of research one of public policies: budget policy and its management. |
