Description Nowadays, there is not only a need of interpretation and application of financial law standards, a knowledge about the type of economy and the current of financial law standards, but also knowledge of the relevant norms of the EU law. From the perspective of the Member States the process of Europeanization also brings in some sense the profits and losses, but also the opportunity to engage constructively in the legal system of the Europeanization process. Europeanisation does not mean imposing a national financial law by a foreign power, but it goes (or at least should go) with a process of mutual interaction between different legal systems.
