| Description | The main goal of this paper is to introduce the specific model that submits one of the explanations of pay gap between men and women. The model (Oaxaca-Blinder decomposition) will be used in further research of gender pay gap (GPG) in the Czech Republic. To these intents and purposes this paper is the first step of the analysing the GPG on the Czech labour market. |
