| Description | The contribution deals wit the basis and gurantees of the transparency of the course and decisions in administrative procedure.The transparency is defined not only as an openess of the procedure to the persons, but also as mena of the protection of public interest and procedural rights of persons. The contemporary european context brings increasing role of reasoning and the notice in the decisions, which should find an adequate expression in law and in administrative practise, as well. |
