Description | The first part of the paper outlines the specifics of e-government evaluation, the second part introduces existing evaluation practices in the Czech Republic, its text follows the framework of the paper we prepared for NISPAcee's 2008 conference (Špaček and Malý, 2008). Outlined evaluation practices indicate that approach of responsible Czech institutions have shifted only slightly in comparison to the situation we introduced in 2008. Still improvement of management and evaluation of e-government and integration of existing evaluation approaches is needed. |
