| Description | This paper shows partial output data from empirical research of the project called Implementation of new instruments of public expenditures management on regional level in the Czech Republic. This project is funded by the Grant Agency of the Czech Republic. Submitted findings involve sphere of quality in public administration, let us say quality instruments and their impact on budget operation on regional level. Quality instruments are being used since 90 years; every Czech regional authority presently use at least one of the quality instrument. |
