| Description | The article brings a reflection on the changes of legal regulation, interpretation and application of the traditional principle of legality ( or lawfulness) after adaptation of the new administrative procedural code (2004), and the Code od Administrative Justice (2002), wchich have been influenced by the european principles of administrative law, and thus have caught substantial changes in content and extent of these principles, and also in the meaning of the term (material) correctness of the administrative decision. |
