| Description | The first section defines the theoretical bases of the budget procedure, i.e. fiscal federalism, budget rules, phases of budget process, income and expenditure aspect of the region. In the second part the analysis of the implementation of the budget in the South Moravian Region and the budget process has been carried out. |
