Description Chapter presents the results of primary analysis applied to the chosen indicators concerning the relationship of company to the customers. Followed-up indicators were realized business strategy, customers types structure and their sales share, customers stability, territory of customers and the rate of products specificity of the analyzed companies. The less realized strategy is the cost focus strategy. Strategic customers represent more than half of the sales compared to other customers. Orders financed from the public resources create the share of less than fourteen percents. Strategic customers embody also the higher stability compared to other customers. The prevalent majority of customers is from the region or the rest of the country at the accord of the abroad. More than a half of companies offer rather standardized products than special products.
