Description Quality management is among the current trends of public administration modernization in the Czech Republic aiming at improving of its service to citizens. It tries to ensure that public services are delivered more friendly and in the fit for purpose manner. Current approaches to quality management presumes development of culture which enables and facilitates communication and networking of public administration and its stakeholders and which also includes continuous evaluation of stakeholders satisfaction. Practices of quality management instruments in public administration have led to diskussions about the quality of quality management itself. The paper introduces points of such discussions which concern implmenetation of CAF that is among the most popular quality management instruements in Czech public administration. Discussed issues contain also possible problems of stakeholders participation and evaluation of stakeholders satisfaction. The research, the partial results of which are presented in this article, was carried out within the framework of the project of the Czech Science Foundation no. 402/07/1486
