Description Paper presents results of the quantitative survey realized on the sample of respondents customers of shopping centres in the Czech Republic. The aim of the survey was to find out the views on the chosen topics concerning time spending in the shopping centres, views on the supply structure and its utilization, factors of choice of the preferred shopping centre and on the advantages and disadvantages of shopping centres. The survey is a part of the comparative study of shopping centres and customers views on their services and quality level in the Netherland, Poland and The Czech Republic.
