| Description | Our contribution deals with the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID), which provides a harmonised regulatory regime for investment services accross European economic area. In our contribution we focus on legal changes which influence Czech capital market and concentrate on changes in regulation of investment services and consumer protection. |
