| Description | The contribution brings the view on the problems of the protection against administrative inactivity, esp. in the sphere of territorial self-govetnment. The bases was laid down by the new Administrative Procedural Act( Act no.500/2004 Coll.). The analysis of the relevant legal provisions of the extent and the content of the provisions against inactivity within administrative procedures was elaboreted, and the consequences with the regilation of the judicial protection against administrative inactivity. |
