| Description | Sustainable development of the territorial autonomies based on innovations could be performed only with support of adequate regional policy in the human resources area.Effective policy in the human resources area is also priority of the EU and significant resources are allocated into this are from the central EU budget.Territorial autonomies should reflect opportunities that are brought up by this situation and in the 2007-2013 period use structural funds for human resources area.For achieving higher effectiveness the territorial autonomies should have drawn up relevant long term plans-at the best in the form of strategic documents.Paper shows how to use such documents for utilization of the European resources towards human resources development in regions. |
