| Description | Paper shows functioning of non governmental non profit organizations with the EU and their potential for gaining financial resources from the structural funds with aim for development of the human resources area on the regional level. With possibilities of using financial sources from the structural funds for development of such organizations in the shortened programming period 2004-2006 were connected also significant administration and procedural obstacles that seriously complicated full use of available sources allocated especially through particular operational programs realized in the Czech Republic. Analysis of different problematic aspects of the structural funds use forms the very core of this article. |
