| Description | This article is aimed on systematisation of knowledge in the field of public project's valuation. Because this field is very extensive, this work is particularly aimed on field of systems approach to decision analysis and models of public projects valuating and assesment. There is performed, that systems approach to this field can bring needed effects. In this article will be defined mathematical model of public projects decision, which is possible to use further to electronic data processing in public project valuation. |
