Description It is needed to perceive the company not as a set of things, but as a fellowship of people. The competitive advantage rests upon the quality of relationships of people inside and outside the company. In any human fellowship, therefore in company too, are three general principles valid: principle of authority, principle of competitiveness and principle of cooperation. Interaction of these principles in a company can be demonstrated on three models.
