| Description | In the present global world the Czech firms cannot rely on their competitive advantages in low cost, but if they want to bu successful, they have to compet through innovations. Innovations are considered as the engine of economic and social development of regions and they contribute to growth of emplyment, economic performance and internation competitiveness. Research and development is one of the main sources of technical innovations. In this article we deal with research, development and innovations in the Czech regions and we focus both inputs and outputs. |
