Description The paper analyses impacts of EC law on social security and services privided by the Member States. The European Community is not social union. The law of the European Community assures social rights of migrants Nevertheless, case-law of the Court of Justices contributes to destabilization of of social security of the Member States due to extensive notion of discrimination based on citizenship.
