Description There was presented and discussed the analysis of the possible approach to evaluating the indirect value potential of supplier which is created for the customer. The presentation was focused especially on the indirect value connected with the supplier position in the broader network of relatinships. These relationships or the position within these relations as the case may be, can be understood either as benefit or risk having impact on the future value of the customer relationship with the supplier
