| Description | The course of law at the ESF MU in Brno has had its fixed position in the fakulty study programmes since its creation. The problem of the law ciurse consists not only in the fact whether it will be taught but also in the way of teaching, who will be tlach it and what approaches to law will be preferred. A problematical solution ot these issues resulted in a decision to establish the department of law in 2001. A new institutional law assistance enables to find a lot of starting points for improving the course of law and extending the cooperation with external collaborators not only from the Faculty of law, but also from the practise. |
