| Description | The article attempts to assess an economy of Brno industrial companies in 2001, the result being compared to 2000. The economy is analysed both according to particular companies and according to branch, Brno is confronted with the whole republic. A number of economic indicators were utilized, which were acquired from financial statements of companies with emphasis to turnover, income and accounting value added. |
