Description In years 2000 and 2001 in the Czech Republic was markedly began with adaptation of Czech business-legal rules to ES law. New legal adjustment brings many new juridical institutes that are in member states of EU common. The realized reform of the Czech commercial law includes a reform of legal adjustment of joint-stock companies, that belong to main forms of business. The chief point of law harmonization of business companies is the harmonization of joint-stock law with high standard of protection. The authors point out the fundamental changes in legal rules of enterprise in Czech economics that conduce to the change of conditions of enterprise of foreign subjects and to risk reduction for foreign investors.
