| Description | Due to social changes it is necessary to keep asking about the causes of success of different human activities. Every activity of every enterprise should lead to maximize both parts of the wealth of life - security of existence and the quality of living. The sources of success of Czech firms reside in great part in the qualities of top managers. One of he most important characteristic of these exceptional people is the ability sensitively perceive the challenges of trends of economical, political and social nature, trends that are new but growing ever stronger. These factors of success are very important but we must admit that they are very hard to measure and we may even never be able to quantify them, however it is very important to keep looking for them. |
