Description (Note that the abstract was not required by the hosts.) The presented work describes an application of a specialized NMR method to investigate the dynamics of the delta subunit of RNA polymerase from Bacillus subtilis. We are presenting the study of ps-ns dynamics of the delta subunit based on a unique set of data collected using both standard high-field NMR relaxation measurements and high-resolution relaxometry.
