| Description | The paper brings a brief reflection on the issue of the high number of (especially small) municipalities in the Czech Republic and their possible "consolidation" in the perspective of law. In particular, it discusses the rationality of the current domestic arrangement of local government, the possibility of a solution through municipal cooperation (voluntary and obligatory) and the possibility of merging municipalities from the perspective of the right to self-government. |
