Description This presentation summarizes a study investigating the association between conspiracy thinking and media and political predictors among 2,340 Czech participants. While media consumption habits like news frequency and alternative media use show a weak relationship, political and media trust are among the key variables associated with lower conspiracy thinking. We also explore the interaction between trust in journalists and trust in politicians and its association with conspiracy thinking.
